Deepti is a corporate and private securities legal clerk at MW Law. Her practice focuses on assisting experienced and emerging fund managers with fund formations, joint venture structuring, and securities compliance related to private equity investment.

Deepti received her J.D. from SMU Law and her B.B.A From University of Texas at Austin. She sat for the UBE in July.  During her time in law school, she was an editor of the International Law Review, a member of the Small Business and Trademarks clinic, Vice President of the South Asian Law Students Association, and board member of the North American South Asian Law Students Association. Prior to working for MW, Deepti interned for a firm specializing in startup and venture capital law as well as the International Rescue Committee.

In her free time, Deepti enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
