Adnan Merchant and Kavish Wazirali Named Super Lawyers 2023 Rising Stars

MW Law is proud to announce that our two partners, Adnan Merchant and Kavish Wazirali, have each been selected as Super Lawyers 2023 Rising Stars. This prestigious award is given to attorneys who have demonstrated exceptional professional achievements and a high degree of peer recognition, placing them among the top 2.5% of lawyers in their state.

Every year Super Lawyers selects attorneys from all firm sizes and over 70 practice areas throughout the United States. Among those selected, a few exceptional young lawyers receive the Rising Star award. The Rising Star award recognizes lawyers who are either 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing law for 10 years or less. These individuals have demonstrated exceptional skill in their respective practice areas, and they are considered to be among the best up-and-coming attorneys in their region.

Adnan’s practice focuses on structuring and closing private placement investment funds. He assists his clients in forming real estate, private equity, and venture capital funds, often involving complex deal points and critical timelines.  

Kavish’s current practice focuses on assisting real estate investors with purchasing, selling, and refinancing their assets. Kavish has helped clients overcome challenges involved with defeasance transactions, 1031 exchanges, and Government Sponsored Enterprise (“GSE”) transactions.
