Adnan Merchant And Kavish Wazirali Named D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers Under 40”
MW Law is proud to announce two of our lawyers, Adnan Merchant and Kavish Wazirali, have been selected for the 2021 edition of D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers Under 40” list. This prestigious recognition is given to those who are considered to provide unparalleled customer service & expertise in their respective field within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Adnan’s practice focuses on structuring and closing private placement investment funds. He assists his clients in forming real estate, private equity, and venture capital funds, often involving complex deal points and critical timelines.
Kavish’s current practice focuses on assisting real estate investors with purchasing, selling, and refinancing their assets. Kavish has helped clients overcome challenges involved with defeasance transactions, 1031 exchanges, and Government Sponsored Enterprise (“GSE”) transactions.
Adnan has been recognized for his work in Corporate Law/Private Equity transactions, and Kavish for his work in Real Estate Law.
