Stephen is a corporate business and private securities attorney at MW Law. His practice involves structuring private securities offerings and ensuring regulatory compliance for real estate syndicator‘s and private fund managers. Throughout his career, Stephen has been lead counsel to hundreds of offerings which included real estate funds/syndications, start up financing, oil and gas, and opportunity zones.

Stephen’s interest in real estate finance and securities law began in law school as he was wholesaling and flipping houses and seeking creative solutions to fund his deals. After law school, Stephen joined a boutique commercial real estate firm where he was tasked with developing their securities division. Thereafter, he worked for a nationally recognized real estate syndication law firm where he developed and implemented systems and processes that allowed the firm to experience exponential growth in just under a year.

Stephens seeks to apply his passion for process, efficiency, and the integration of technology and the law to provide his clients with a unique streamlined legal experience which will continue to be developed based on client needs and ever-changing legal requirements.

In his free time, Stephen enjoys hanging out with his newborn twin girls and learning new software, apps or technology to optimize performance in health, business, and finance
