Whether you're launching a new site or refreshing your current one, we specialize in creating visually striking and functional websites tailored to your unique needs. We build on Squarespace, a user-friendly platform (and the host of this website) that allows you to manage your site easily after launch. Here’s what we offer:

• Design & Development: Your website will be crafted with up to 25 hours of design time, which includes a detailed meeting after engagement to gather all the necessary information about your business and goals for the site. This helps ensure your site is tailored to your specific needs and highlights your key offerings, such as properties or portfolio projects.

• Client-Provided Assets: To ensure a smooth design process, you'll need to provide assets such as images, content, logos, and any specific data or information that should appear on the site. We recommend having property photos or other relevant images already captured, as this is crucial to meeting our timeline.

• Engaging Brand Language: We can also help create compelling, engaging language that speaks to your brand’s voice. Whether it's copy for your homepage, investment opportunity, or portfolio highlights, we'll craft the right tone to connect with your audience and effectively communicate your message.

• Website Package: The website design package starts with 6 webpages, and we will work with you to develop the content and layout for these pages. Additional pages, if needed, can be added for an additional cost.

• Squarespace Setup & Subscription: All websites are created using Squarespace, which offers easy post-launch management for clients. However, Squarespace requires a separate monthly or yearly subscription fee, which is not included in our design fees. We’ll help guide you through setting up your Squarespace account and domain registration, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.

• Two-Week Trial Period: After signing the engagement, we’ll begin designing your site during a two-week trial period provided by Squarespace. This gives us an opportunity to work on your site without a subscription, but to ensure timely delivery, it's critical that you provide all assets before this trial period ends. Once the trial concludes, Squarespace requires a subscription to continue working on your site.

• Management After Launch: Please note that we do not handle ongoing management after the site is launched. Once the site is complete and live, the management and maintenance responsibilities will fall to you. We’ll ensure you have all the tools you need to manage your site effectively. You are also responsible for keeping your payment information up to date with Squarespace, so your site and domain do not expire.
